Merchandise Pre-Purchase Instructions below – please read:

• Ordering on the site

  • You can only place a purchase on this site if you are a valid ticket holder for FFXIV 2018 Fan Festival in Las Vegas
  • As a ticket holder, you will have received a unique code via email which will be needed to complete your purchase
  • This code can only be used for one transaction and will become inactive after use

• Collecting your order

  • Your item will be available to collect during open event hours on the 15th, 16th and 17th of November 2018
  • Photo ID will be needed, along with your order confirmation, to collect your items at the event
  • The person collecting the items must be the person ordering them – photo ID will be checked
  • Orders not collected by the end of the event will be automatically refunded

• Other information

  • Orders will be possible to cancel in full, but once the order is placed the individual items in an order cannot be amended
